Terms of use

These terms apply to the Sustaita Edge LLC website and Sustaita Edge Studios workspace for managing customer records, projects, messages, and review workflows. Use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access.

Accounts and responsible use

Provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. You are responsible for the content you submit, permission to use customer data, and the replies you approve. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unsolicited messages, impersonation, or attempts to bypass access controls.

Services, plans, and availability

Workspace access is subject to approval and the plan, trial, and limits presented when you register or subscribe. The Studio plan is $300 per month with 1,000 outbound SMS segments and 1,000 outbound email recipients per month. Additional communication costs may apply. Messaging availability depends on activation of the relevant services and sender registration. The trial starts after workspace approval.

SMS messages and consent

Our text-message program is governed by the SMS terms & opt-in policy, including message types, frequency, charges, STOP, HELP, support details, and delivery limitations. SMS consent is optional and separate from these general terms. Registering, purchasing, or submitting an inquiry does not by itself enroll you in texts.

Businesses using a workspace must collect permission appropriate to the message type and sender, preserve evidence, and honor opt-outs. Consent to Sustaita Edge LLC’s own messages cannot be transferred to another business or treated as consent to its messages.

Google Maps features

Google Maps features and content are subject to the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Google Maps content is displayed with attribution and must not be scraped, bulk downloaded, or used to build a separate review database.

The public review preview displays up to five relevant reviews. It does not represent a complete review history, verify business ownership, or confirm publication of an owner reply. Google Business Profile authorization is a separate optional connection for full review synchronization and approved publishing.
