Sustaita Edge LLC operates Sustaita Edge Studios and this website. This policy explains how we handle information you provide when you contact us, use our workspace, or choose to receive text messages.
Information we collect
We collect details you submit, such as your name, email address, mobile number, business information, inquiries, and message preferences. Workspace information may include customer records, projects, conversations, reviews, and workflow history. When you opt in to texts, we retain the choices you made, the wording presented to you, the form source, policy version, and the time of submission.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, provide services, manage accounts and customer relationships, and maintain records of consent and opt-outs. Customer-service text consent covers inquiries, appointments, projects, and support. Marketing consent is collected separately for offers and announcements. Giving us a phone number, creating an account, or submitting an inquiry does not by itself enroll you in text messages.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not buy or transfer text-message consent. SMS consent records are used to document and honor your choices.
Limited information needed to deliver messages may be processed by service providers working on our behalf; they are not authorized to use your mobile information or consent for their own marketing. This operational processing does not permit selling or sharing your SMS consent with other senders.

Service providers and other disclosures
We use service providers to support hosting, account access, communications, and payments. They receive information needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and prevent abuse. These disclosures do not authorize third-party marketing use of your mobile information or SMS consent.
Cookies and browser storage
Account access uses session cookies. The local workspace preview may save records in your browser so you can return to your demo. Browser settings can clear that local data and control cookies; disabling session cookies may affect sign-in.
Google reviews and optional connections
Searching for a public business or refreshing a review preview sends the search query or selected business identifier to Google. These requests follow the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
Public preview reviews and search results are displayed temporarily and are not saved to the workspace. The selected business identifier and lookup timestamps are retained to manage requests. Public-preview response drafts stay on the page and can be copied when you choose; that preview does not send review text to an AI service. Google author images load from Google-provided URLs, and external review links follow the destination’s policies.
Connecting Google Business Profile separately saves authorization credentials so we can retrieve your managed business information and reviews and publish replies you explicitly approve. Disconnecting removes saved credentials and pending authorizations; previously imported review history remains.
Retention, access, and your choices
We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain consent and opt-out records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us. Some consent and suppression records may need to be retained to honor an opt-out or meet recordkeeping obligations. Workspace records are restricted by membership and role.
